The Severson Group (TSG) is a national company specializing in temporary and permanent workforce-staffing solutions, including government contracts and program and project management across several NAICS codes.
As government agencies and commercial companies continue to hire temporary workers and place heavy reliance on contractor support for their program and project management, there is a growing need for experienced companies that can operate nationwide, and support a large footprint. TSG has developed deep industry expertise across many sectors to ensure our government and commercial clients meet their specific business goals.
TSG supports our clients across several contracting vehicles: as a primary contractor, a first-tier subcontractor, and a second-tier subcontractor. From regional and industry expertise to specialty hiring programs, we have extensive experience building high-performing programs. We're experts in the field of talent acquisition, workforce management, and program and project management—it's all we do.
TSG was founded in 2004, in San Diego, California, as a VetBiz-verified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our certifications have expanded since 2004. We are now also an 8(a)-certified small business; a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) in the state of California; and a Minority Business Entity (MBE).
