ABOUT TSG

Redefining Workforce Solutions

The Severson Group (TSG), was founded in 2004 in San Diego,
California. TSG is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned
Small Business (SDVOSB). Over the years, we’ve expanded our
qualifications to include 8(a) certification, California Disabled Veteran
Business Enterprise (DVBE) status, and Minority Business Enterprise
(MBE). We’re also proud to be recognized as a 2025 SBA Veteran-
Owned Small Business of the Year award recipient in our region—an
honor that reflects our continued commitment to excellence,
accountability, and service.


TSG is a national government contractor delivering mission-ready
workforce and program solutions to federal, state, and local
agencies.  We provide and employ the right people to keep important
government services and programs running smoothly. Our workforce
combines skilled talent with strong project leadership to help clients
meet their mission goals across several NAICS categories.


Government and commercial partners are consistently challenged with
ever-changing environment-shifting priorities, competitive hiring
conditions, and more pressure to deliver results. TSG operates
nationwide, and therefore, we can scale quickly. We’re able to support
both short and long-term needs. Our team brings experience from
multiple industries, and we understand what it takes to stay compliant,
keep programs operational, and deliver consistent performance.


We operate across a wide range of contracting vehicles and roles—as a
prime contractor, first-tier subcontractor, and second-tier
subcontractor— Whether the work is concentrated in one region or
spread across many locations, we focus on building reliable programs
that deliver quality, speed, and lasting impact.
